7 Rhone and Isère companies win the “Zero Fossil Industry” call for projects – Le Journal des Entreprises
Agnès Pannier-Runacher, Minister for the Energy Transition, and Roland Lescure, Minister Delegate for Industry, brought together this Wednesday the 50 industrial sites that emit the most CO2 to take stock of the ecological planning of the industry. On this occasion, the ministers unveiled the winners of the “Zero Fossil Industry” (IZF) call for projects launched in April 2022 aimed at the rapid deployment of projects to reduce greenhouse gases by reducing the use of fossil fuels. . Among the winners from the AURA region are the producer of high-performance precipitated silicas DK3 (Collonges-au-Mont-d’Or-Rhône), DK5 (site of Saint-Fons-Rhône and Saint-Maurice-l’Exil- Isère), the Eaux de Volvic company (Volvic-Puy de Dôme), the EDF group subsidiary Dalkia (Savigny-Rhône), Rhodia – operations of the Solvay group (Lyon-Rhône), Engie Énergie Services (Charavines-Isère) and the Bank of France (Chamalières-Puy-de-Dôme). The total amount of the envelope at the national level is 225 million euros, broken down into 3 categories: support for the production of heat from biomass, support for energy efficiency and process development projects and small decarbonization projects led by SMEs and ETIs.
