Action Logement satisfied with its 2022 results in New Aquitaine – Le Journal des Entreprises

In 2022, 67,366 employees in Nouvelle-Aquitaine benefited from aid or services from the parity group for €94 million. In addition, the six real estate subsidiaries of Action Logement in the region (Domofrance, Clairsienne, Immobilière Atlantic Aménagement, Noalis, Enéal and In’li) obtained 3,443 approvals for the construction of social housing and 333 building permits for housing intermediaries. They delivered 2,366 new homes and started work on 2,598. As part of the national program for the revitalization of city centers – Action Coeur de Ville -, 2,103 homes were financed in New Aquitaine for €105 million. “Despite a difficult context, Action Logement has confirmed its commitment to affordable and sustainable housing in New Aquitaine,” said the group in a press release.
