Agreement between Pôle Emploi and the Federation of building materials distributors – Le Journal des Entreprises

Pôle emploi and the Federation of building materials distributors have just signed an agreement to support distribution players in the construction industry and promote the integration of job seekers. This is part of the approach taken by the branch to cope with the development of skills expected by players in the sector. The building materials trading branch represents 10,000 employees in the South Region. Nearly 71% of employees work in the areas of sales force and logistics. The partnership between the two players aims to meet the needs of visibility and attractiveness of different professions (advisory salesperson, warehouse operator, delivery driver, technical sales representative, or branch manager) with job seekers.
