Airbus will hire 13,000 people worldwide in 2023 – Le Journal des Entreprises

To support the ramp-up of its commercial aircraft and meet the challenges of defence, space and helicopters, Airbus announces that it intends to recruit more than 13,000 people worldwide in 2023. Around 7,000 positions will be newly created positions within the company. This recruitment campaign will focus on technical and manufacturing profiles, as well as the acquisition of new skills supporting the long-term vision of the company, in areas such as new energies, cyber and digital. . More than 9,000 of these positions will be in Europe. A third of the total recruitment will be allocated to young graduates. In 2022, Airbus welcomed more than 13,000 new employees around the world.
