Annual results up for Lectra – Le Journal des Entreprises

The Parisian group Lectra (2,500 employees), specialist in software and automatic cutting systems for leather or textiles, whose factory is in Cestas (Gironde), confirms annual results in “sharp increase” with a turnover of €521 million (+35%) in 2022 and net income of €43.8 million (+55%). After finalizing the acquisition of Textile Genesis in early January, its results progressed “despite the negative consequences of the war in Ukraine and the Covid-19 epidemic in China”, he underlines in a financial communication. It intends to continue implementing its “4.0 strategy” (which should make it “a key player” in the fashion, automotive and furniture markets by 2030) through a new roadmap for 2023-2025, by which time its ambition is to exceed 700 million euros in turnover. Reporting a “persistent lack of visibility” for 2023 and counting on a turnover “in slight decrease” in the first quarter, Lectra forecasts a turnover of between 522 and 576 M€ this year.
