Asbestos: dismissal confirmed for Eternit, the victims appeal in cassation

JUSTICE. The investigating chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal validated last Wednesday the dismissal order issued dating from July 2019 in the Eternit case. The National Association of Asbestos Victims (Andeva) announced on Monday that it would appeal to the Court of Cassation.
