Aventim launches into coworking with its new brand, Howel – Le Journal des Entreprises

The Lille property developer and developer Aventim is embarking on a new business, the operation of places dedicated to coworking, under the Howel brand. Inaugurated next June in Wasquehal, the first place designed by Howel will offer workspaces for short or long-term rental, meeting rooms and event spaces, as well as a wide range of services. A hotel will be added to it, operated by La Maison des Bienheureux, a subsidiary of Aventim. Fifteen rooms, a restaurant and a bar will thus be set up in a rehabilitated old mansion, which already existed on the site. Finally, the developer announces that its head office will eventually be transferred from Marquette to this new address.
