Banque Populaire Occitane records net income of 94.3 million euros in 2022 – Le Journal des Entreprises

Banque Populaire Occitane (2,147 employees, 201 branches) posted net banking income of €400.9 million (+3.8%) and net profit of €94.3 million (+3.6%) ) in 2022. Last year, it recorded loan production of 4.2 billion euros (excluding PGE), a record for the second consecutive year. Its 603,000 customers are located in 8 departments (Aveyron, Gers, Haute-Garonne, Hautes-Pyrénées, Lot, Lot-et-Garonne, Tarn, Tarn-et-Garonne). It recruited 157 people on permanent contracts, as well as 130 work-study students. Two agencies were completely renovated in 2022 (Toulouse Saint-Cyprien and Muret Mercadieu), 7 projects are underway or scheduled for 2023 for a budget of 7 million euros. Its investment capital subsidiary Multicroissance, associated with Sud Croissance, participated in 16 operations (including 4 co-investments) out of 60 operations carried out in 2022 in Occitanie.
