Becoming placed in receivership – Le Journal des Entreprises

The Lille communication group Becoming has been placed in receivership with a six-month observation period by the Lille Commercial Court, reveal The echoes. The group, which brings together 17 different companies, however, since 2020 has shown great ambitions, in France and in Northern Europe. But if in 2019, Becoming achieved a turnover of 60 million euros, and forecast 70 million euros for 2021, the results are not there: the group of 200 employees made 25 million euros in turnover in 2022. A shortfall explained by the successive crises since 2020, resulting in a lasting contraction of the advertising market.
