Bercy points to the negligence of real estate agents

Last September, the Fraud Prevention Service carried out, jointly with the departmental directorate for the protection of the populations of the Alpes-Maritimes, an investigation operation aimed at “to verify compliance with the implementation of asset freezing measures by real estate agencies established in certain communes of the Alpes-Maritimes”especially those that “concentrate a large number of prestigious properties within the department”said the Ministry of Economy and Finance, in a press release, on January 11.
