BH Groupe takes over the Deux-Sèvres carrier SLT – Le Journal des Entreprises

The Rhone carrier BH Groupe recently took over the Deux-Sèvres company SLT (€26 million turnover; 190 employees including 170 drivers), which has three sites in Bressuire (79), Le Pontet (84) and Mure (69) . With this acquisition, BH Groupe strengthens its positions in the West where it had already been present since the acquisition in 2019 of the company SJT in Agen (47) and continues its national network. Now made up of 5 companies (TBH, Transports Chipier, SJT, BH Location and SLT), BH Groupe has reached the critical size of 100 million euros in turnover for 600 active drivers and 1,000 vehicle registration documents.
