Bobby Pills opens a studio in Angoulême – Le Journal des Entreprises
The Parisian animation studio Bobby Pills is setting up a new production studio in Angoulême, to work on 2d projects for adults. Having worked on series like Vermin or Princess Apocalypse, Bobby Pills is counting on his new Charente branch to produce his first feature film, “Jim Queen”, which has received financial support from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. It is Sara Clairet, a graduate of the Lycée de l’image et du son of Angoulême, who is appointed at its head. The 600 m studio2 is located downtown, inside a restored mansion.
