Carrosserie Chardron, created in 1964, changes hands. Managed by Lionel and Sophie Chardron since 2000, the family business (15 employees) which designs and manufactures top-of-the-range light and heavy vehicles for transporting horses in Percy-en-Normandie, is sold to Frédéric Charreaux, a specialist in the automotive industry. Selected by Acticam, a company specializing in advice on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and debt, with managers of SMEs and SMIs in the Great West, Frédéric Charreaux’s project aims to develop Carrosserie Chardron, in notably through the manufacture in Normandy of exceptional vehicles.
