Castignac invests in a logistics platform on the Saint-Malo-Vannes axis – Le Journal des Entreprises

A logistics real estate asset management company, Castignac announces the acquisition of a 70,000 m² logistics platform in Gaël, on the Saint-Malo-Vannes axis. An opportunity for it to extend its influence over the Atlantic Arc. Its new asset has been fully leased since 2006 to Easydis, the logistics subsidiary of the Casino group, under a long-term lease. Castignac works on behalf of its main clients, Brookfield and BT Immo Group. The joint venture manages a portfolio of buildings with a total value of around 1 billion euros.
