Chamatex strengthens its furniture division with the acquisition of Moondream – Le Journal des Entreprises

The Ardèche specialist in technical textiles Chamatex (320 employees; €50 million turnover in 2022) announces the takeover of Moondream (€10 million turnover), specializing in the development, manufacture and distribution of technical curtains and sheers . He becomes the majority shareholder alongside the investment fund Casra Capital. This acquisition, after that of Rocle in 2019, allows it to strengthen its furnishing textile offer. Chamatex intends to develop commercial and industrial synergies between Moondream and Rocle. Julian Dykiert, Managing Director of Chamatex will also be in charge of the general management of the Rocle and Moondream companies.
