Convers Telemarketing joins Tersea – Le Journal des Entreprises
Created in 1998 by Philippe de Gibon, its CEO, Ludovic Genay, Éric Giot, and Anne Cagnard, the Nice company Convers Télémarketing (2021 turnover: €6.2m) joins Tersea, which has specialized since 2007 in customer relationship management and business process outsourcing. Based in Beauvais, Tersea has seven call centers in Aix-en-Provence, Morocco (Casablanca, Fez) and Senegal (Dakar). The Convers Télémarketing call center is located in the Arénas district, opposite Nice Côte d’Azur airport. The SME has more than 200 employees and works for local companies such as Malongo as well as major accounts.
