DCB International sells 36 housing units in Part-Dieu to social landlord Alliade habitat – Le Journal des Entreprises
The Lyon-based business property developer DCB International (35 employees) is selling 36 housing units in the heart of Part-Dieu (Lyon) to the social landlord Alliade Habitat, the leading operator in the AURA region (55,000 housing units, more than 130,000 tenants ). In practice, Alliade Habitat, a subsidiary of the Action Logement group (more than 1,000 employees) has signed for the construction in a future state of completion (VEFA) of housing located in the future M Lyon building, rehabilitation of the iconic M One building , at the corner of rue du Dr Bouchut and rue Garibaldi. The residential part of the building is positioned between the 10th and 15th floors, overlooking the offices of the new building complex. The project feeds the ambition to develop a mix of uses within the district, designed as a societal ecosystem promoting the employment-housing link. “Its ambition is part of this concern to build a city for all and to create more links and exchanges between the various occupants of Part-Dieu”, underlines Bertrand Rudigoz, general manager of the DCB International group.
