Document Image Solution acquired by Maarch – Le Journal des Entreprises

Created in 1998 in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques in Bidart, SARL Document Image Solution (DIS, 300,000 euros in turnover in 2022 for five employees), specializing in the publishing of reading and data extraction solutions, is bought by the Ile-de-France company Maarch (€2.80 million turnover in 2022), publisher of free and open source software, specializing in document management. Maarch, a subsidiary of the French group Xelians (81 M€ turnover in 2022) which has been collaborating with DIS for several years, retains all the employees and announces future recruitments. “We intend to strengthen our presence in Bidart to which activities, currently in Paris, will be transferred,” says the management of Maarch.
