E2C Lorraine relies on improvisational theater to improve job interview skills – Le Journal des Entreprises


Subsidiary of the CCI of Meurthe-et-Moselle, E2CLorraine (School of 2e chance) launched a research and innovation project to use improvisational theater to help trainees overcome job interview difficulties. Supported by the E2C France Network, carried out in partnership with the research teams of the Lorraine Laboratory of Psychology and Neurosciences of Behavioral Dynamics of the University of Lorraine and the Psychology Research Center of the University of Picardie, this project must allow trainees to participate in improvisation modules led by a speaker, filmed before, during and after the project to assess the evolution of their behavior and their oral expression. The data collected will then be analyzed by the researchers to demonstrate the effectiveness of this method in preparing for the job interview.
