End of the game for the Duvert Productions carpentry – Le Journal des Entreprises

Placed in receivership last summer, the Duvert Productions carpentry (12 employees; €2 million in turnover in 2021) has just been put into liquidation by the Saint-Etienne commercial court. Present on two sites, in Cuzieu and Andrézieux-Bouthéon, the company specializing in wood and aluminum exterior joinery (windows, roller shutters, awnings, pergolas, automated gates, etc.) originally operated on the renovation market for individuals. Led for more than 20 years by the Duvert family, the Loire carpentry was sold in February 2021. Its buyer wanted to develop the professional market (new constructions) in parallel.
