Euralille’s totem building, Shake, finally delivered to Caisse d’Epargne – Le Journal des Entreprises

Caisse d’Epargne Hauts-de-France will be able to take possession of its new premises and set up its headquarters in Shake, the flagship building in the Euralille business district with a surface area of ​​33,500 m². Designed and built by Nacarat (214 employees, €259m turnover in 2022), a subsidiary of Tisserin group, the building includes 24,200 m² of offices (including 13,400 m² dedicated to the Caisse d’Epargne regional headquarters), 3,500 m² of co-working space and two commercial units overlooking the forecourt. The Shake (contraction of the English terms “share” designating sharing and “work”, work) thus notably hosts a crèche, an auditorium, an aparthotel and an inter-company restaurant.
