Fidal is expanding its presence in Angers with the arrival of two new lawyers – Le Journal des Entreprises – Maine-et-Loire

The Fidal d’Angers firm (CA NC), a local branch of the national Fidal group, present in 87 cities in France with 1,300 lawyers and jurists, is strengthening its local presence with the arrival of Sylvain Faurot, tax lawyer, and Julien Guillot, corporate lawyer. After beginning his career in Paris and then in a firm in La Rochelle, Sylvain Faurot, who works in French and international taxation, support for French subsidiaries of international groups as well as in the context of acquisition or sale, joins the firm’s tax team made up of three lawyers and a jurist. Julien Guillot, who has just been sworn in and has worked for 18 years as a lawyer in local authorities in Angers, joins the team specializing in company law. The Angevin firm headed by Mickaël Attrait now has 28 people, including 20 lawyers and jurists.
