Finarelli creates a new business area south of Le Mans – Le Journal des Entreprises – Maine-et-Loire

In Le Mans, the Espace de la Pointe Sud is being created on the edge of the southern ring road, boulevard d’Estienne d’Orves, to accommodate new business establishments. The initiative is carried by Finarelli, the holding company of the Schiantarelli family, which is developing the land of its former Nissan dealership. This set occupies a land area of ​​6,300 m². Six cells of 300 m² are offered for rent for companies carrying out a commercial or artisanal activity. “Two cells are currently reserved”, specifies Philippe Schiantarelli, in the letter of Le Mans Development. The work, which started in April 2022, should be completed in early February.
