Five start-ups rewarded at the 23rd edition of Start West – Le Journal des Entreprises – Loire-Atlantique

The 23rd edition of Start West, an event dedicated to initiating and financing innovation in France, took place on Thursday April 6, 2023 at the Nantes Saint-Nazaire CCI. The 29 selected projects highlighted during the day (out of the 96 applications received) were seeking a total amount of nearly 43 million euros. In total, more than 260 people, including 74 investors representing 32 investment structures, were present. Five companies were distinguished, at the end of the pitches. The company Abcely, which innovates with a new treatment for cancers of the mucous membranes, won the Health prize. Reverse Systems, which is developing a solution for the reuse of materials in the industrial supply chain, was awarded the Industry prize. The Small Invest category has been reset to Labaa, which markets a chair that meets the needs of people with autistic disorders. Greenspector won the Transition Climat prize, thanks to its solution which notably makes it possible to measure energy and resource consumption on real devices. And finally, Mobidys, which produces digital libraries for dyslexic children, was awarded the prize in the Services category.
