Frédérique Schmidt is the new administrative and financial director of the Equasens group – Le Journal des Entreprises

Since 1^er January, Frédérique Schmidt took up the position of administrative and financial director of the Equasens group (2021 turnover: €193 million; 1,200 employees), the health software publisher based in Villers-lès-Nancy. She succeeds Jean-Yves Samson, who is retiring after more than 30 years with the group, first as director of management control and then as administrative and financial director. A graduate of the Nancy Commercial Institute, Frédérique Schmidt began her career in 1996 at Expertis CFE as a chartered accountant. After working at Bolton Medical and British Steel France, she joined the Somborn-Lang-Ferry group in 2020 as administrative and financial director and became a member of its executive committee. In 2022, she joined the Equasens group with a view to taking over from Jean-Yves Samson.
