French life sciences real estate, a future eldorado for investors?

Savills reveals in a recent study that venture capital investments in this sector have grown by 24% per year over the past five years, reaching €10 billion in 2021. And cocorico, France has the highest level of all countries from continental Europe with €1.17 billion invested in 2021.
corroborates George Coleman, director of life science within the European Capital Markets team of Savills.
