GUINEA-BISSAU: Bissau-Guinean Head of State Embaló expected in Lisbon

Bissau-Guinean Head of State Umaro Sissoco Embaló will travel to Lisbon on 24th February next. In the Portuguese capital, he must take part in a meeting of the Centrist Democratic International (IDC). He should in this context meet with the mayor of Lisbon Carlos Moedas.
