Health Insurance extends its aid to construction companies
This is the second time that the Top BTP system has been extended: initially available until September 30, 2022, it had already been postponed until November 15, and will therefore now be available in 2023 as well.
As a reminder, Top BTP and TMS Action aid is aimed at companies employing 1 to 49 employees as well as builders of individual houses. They are both capped at €25,000 per company. Both cover half of the amount, excluding tax, of the sums incurred by companies for equipment, and up to 70% of the cost of training.
Lowering the floor
Health Insurance has however changed the schemes compared to their previous scope, still in force last year: the amount of subsidies may not exceed €25,000 but must also not be less than €1,000, against €2,000 so far. This change should make it possible to finance less expensive equipment that was not covered by the schemes before.
The scope and terms of use of Top BTP have already been detailed in a previous article by Batiactu. Regarding TMS Action, the objective this time is to help professionals acquire the equipment and finance the training necessary to reduce the physical constraints inherent in the manual handling of loads, repetitive efforts or painful postures.
To benefit from it, a company must first make a diagnostic and establish an action plan. She can go to the website www.net-entreprises.frwhere he will be able to apply for a TMS Diagnosis and Training grant.
Limited budget
The budget devoted to the Top BTP and TMS Action system is nevertheless limited. Interested professionals are therefore invited to submit their request as soon as possible, knowing that the Health Insurance processes the files in order of arrival. To save time, companies can book the grants through their AT/MP account or the website www.net-entreprises.fr.
