Hines France joins forces with Deepki to better control its energy consumption

In order to better control the energy consumption of eight buildings in the Ile-de-France region, Hines France has decided to enlist the services of Deepki, a company specializing in this field. The purpose of this joint work will be to collect and monitor the energy consumption data of these buildings, provide a response to the problems encountered, or even raise awareness among the company’s employees of good practices in terms of use. The tool developed by Deepki makes it possible to “visualize in real time the performance and load curves of buildings, to define concrete action plans to reduce the consumption of the building stock, while meeting regulatory obligations”can we read in a press release issued on January 11, 2023.

This initiative is part of Hines’ strategy to achieve carbon neutrality by 2040, while meeting the requirements of the French “eco energy tertiary“. “We want to adopt rigorous and significant measures to monitor changes in the energy consumption of our real estate assets, reduce their carbon emissions”says Xavier Musseau, president of Hines France.
