In Aubrais, a first step to accelerate the development of combined transport
Mathieu Chabanel, Chairman and CEO of SNCF Réseau, wants to make it “an exemplary project”. François Bonneau, president of the Centre-Val de Loire region, sees to it on his side “a symbolic stage”. The Minister of Transport, Clément Beaune, welcomes “a great spirit of cooperation” demonstrating a strong double ambition, political and ecological.
On February 8, 2023, at the headquarters of Regions of France, it was together that they presented the project for a combined transport site which is taking shape in Aubrais, near Orléans. Project which, according to them, marks a new stage in the development of this mode, for the transport of goods.
