In growth, the Perret group activates its transformation plan – Le Journal des Entreprises

Agricultural supplies trader based in Tresques (Gard), the Perret group (612 employees, 60 sites) publishes 2022 turnover of 255 million euros, compared to 215 million euros for the previous financial year. It currently has 17,000 customers, 78% of whom are farmers, far ahead of the other segments (local authorities, general public, manufacturers). Hit by supply disruptions and inflation in the price of raw materials, the 2021/2022 campaign saw the group’s lead holding company carry out an audit in order to clarify its missions and strengthen its organization. This resulted in the creation of three new departments (Organization and Information Systems, Agricultural Machinery, Human Resources) responsible for embodying a long-term strategic plan. One of the priorities of Perret, a company founded in 1896, is its digital transformation: the project carried out in this direction was the subject of workshops in the various businesses of the group.
