In Paris, condominium renovations “are exploding, it’s a good thing” (J.Baudrier)
The context is favourable: between the gradual ban on renting energy strainers and the increase in energy prices, the interest of energy renovation is becoming obvious to more and more co-owners, everywhere in France. In Paris, the request for information as well as the passages to the act “explode, and that’s a good thing”welcomes the municipal executive.
Jacques Baudrier and Dan Lert, respectively Deputy Mayor of Paris in charge of the ecological transition of buildings and the ecological transition and the climate plan, expressed their satisfaction at the Habiter durable forum, organized by the Paris Climate Agency (APC), which coordinates City aid for energy renovations in particular.
