International tourists returning to the Paca region this winter 2023 – Le Journal des Entreprises

The year 2023 is off to a good start for tourism in the Paca region. The February holidays end with a “satisfactory balance sheet”, in the words of François de Canson, president of the Paca Regional Tourism Committee. The occupancy rate of commercial accommodation in the Southern Alps reached 69%, that of hotels in the region was identical to last year, at 54%. The most notable fact for this winter season is the strong rebound in international clientele, up 13% (source: tourism vision feed), with on the podium: Italy, the United Kingdom and Germany.
