Kaufman & Broad growing in 2022, poised for more sluggish months

Kaufman & Broad published, on January 30, an annual net profit of 49 million euros, up 11.7%, expecting a sluggish start to the year 2023. For its 2021-2022 financial year (shifted by one month, from December to November), Kaufman & Broad generated revenue of 1.31 billion euros, up 2.5%. That is half the target it set for itself at the start of 2022 (5%), before revising it downwards in October.
