The Dinard-based company Kersia (2,200 employees, €550 million turnover in 2022), world leader in biosafety and food safety, has just concluded a joint venture agreement with the Chinese company Klenzan (€30 million CA in 2022, 175 employees), one of the largest suppliers of cleaning solutions for the Chinese food industry. This partnership should allow the Breton ETI to pursue its ambitious international development plan, while consolidating the range of services offered to its current customers. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of Emmanuel Macron’s trip to China, which was attended by French bosses, including Sébastien Bossard, CEO of Kersia.
