La Compagnie des Lavandières opens up to franchising – Le Journal des Entreprises – Maine-et-Loire

The Company of Washerwomen (CA NC), specializing in home maintenance (cleaning, ironing, meal preparation, etc.), doubled its number of branches at the end of 2022 and opened its first franchise in Caen (Calvados) in January 2023. Subsidiary of Le Mans group Oui Care (348 M€ of turnover in 2021, more than 18,000 employees), La Compagnie des Lavandières now has 15 agencies in France, since its first opening at the end of 2020 in Strasbourg. It claims to be a company with a “liberating” model, wishing to value employees, giving them great autonomy in the organization of their work, with social benefits and remuneration above the average for the sector.
