La Soclova is building its first nursing home in Avrillé – Le Journal des Entreprises – Maine-et-Loire

The Angevin lessor Soclova (€30.8 million in 2021 turnover), which covers the areas of rental, home ownership and business real estate, will build in Avrillé, on the outskirts of ‘Angers, his first nursing home. This Health Space, installed on a plot of 2000 square meters, is intended to accommodate professionals from the medical sector. “Medical desertification affects the countryside as much as the municipalities on the outskirts of large cities, indicates Keziban Galeotti, director of the business real estate activity and secretary general of Soclova. This phenomenon is accentuated by a population in strong growth as currently in Avrillé.” The site will bring together in one place some twenty professionals, general practitioners, orthoptists, psychiatrists, dermatologists and orthopedic surgeons, as well as a medical analysis laboratory and an ophthalmology centre. Only a few individual cabinets are still available. The construction site for this future two-storey building was launched in September 2022 and its delivery is expected for the second quarter of 2024. The amount of the investment has not been made public.
