The Rennes real estate group Lamotte (700 employees, €368 million turnover in 2021) is launching We Flex, a subsidiary dedicated to flexible and modular workspaces with a first opening on 2000 m² in its flagship program Le Bois Lilas, located in Rennes – The Courrouze.
