LMH rehabilitates a district of Seclin for 68.5 million euros – Le Journal des Entreprises

LMH announces the rehabilitation of a district of Seclin, called La Mouchonnière, for an overall budget of 68.5 million euros excluding tax, or 74 million euros including tax. With such a budget, this is the largest operation carried out by this Lille social housing player since its creation in 2006. It includes the rehabilitation, in particular thermal, of 5 buildings with 511 housing units and the construction of 2 45-unit buildings. The entire site will have a car park with 512 spaces. Work is scheduled to start in 2024. LMH employs 770 people and manages a stock of 35,200 housing units, spread over 51 municipalities.
