Lyonnais In Extenso acquires Luxembourg’s VO Consulting – Le Journal des Entreprises

By acquiring the Luxembourg company VO Consulting (80 employees in Luxembourg and Belgium; €7.50 million in turnover in 2022), the Lyon-based consulting and accounting group (5,500 employees; €500 million in turnover) is putting a first foot outside the borders of the hexagon. The Lyon-based group, which has more than 250 establishments in France, is also interested in French-speaking Switzerland, where it is studying new acquisitions. By 2028, the Lyon group, which specializes in SMEs and tradesmen, aims to achieve sales of around 30 million euros in this cross-border region in eastern France.
