Maisons Dominique Charles and La Villa Pornicaise become part of the Toenn Groupe – Le Journal des Entreprises – Loire-Atlantique
Specialized in the construction of tailor-made individual houses, the companies Maisons Dominique Charles and La Villa Pornicaise, based in Treillières and Pornic (Loire-Atlantique) spin in the purse of the Breton Toenn Groupe, established in Vitré (Ille-et-Vilaine ). This recovery took place at the bar of the Nantes court. The acquisition of these two companies (€15 million turnover and 15 employees) strengthens the positioning and territorial network of Toenn Groupe (€62 million turnover and 82 employees with the double acquisition). The latter produces more than 450 houses distributed through 9 agencies and 3 brands in Brittany and the Pays de la Loire: Maisons MTB, Maisons Inea and Neology. “The objective was to ensure in particular the continuation of current and future projects (74) in order to meet commitments to customers, preserve jobs (more than 200 indirect jobs via craftsmen) and develop new activities. and services to establish its position as a key player in individual housing in the Brittany and Pays de Loire regions”, explains Corentin Le Carvannec, development manager at Toenn Groupe.
