Nathalie Louail, new deputy general manager of Crédit Agricole du Finistère – Le Journal des Entreprises
It’s a homecoming for Nathalie Louail. Originally from Brittany, this graduate of the Nanterre Banking School has just taken up the position of Deputy Director at Crédit Agricole du Finistère. “I did part of my studies in Rennes and I’m a pure product of Crédit Agricole. In fact, I joined the Ille-et-Vilaine regional fund in 1989”, she explains. True to the reputation of Breton travellers, she then took various positions in Reunion, then at Crédit Agricole Val de France.
“Bring your energy”
“I then joined Paris and Crédit Agricole Payment Services, the subsidiary that produces means of payment, even if we also work there on innovation, security, etc.”, she smiles. For the past three years, Nathalie Louail has been director of engineering and educational innovation at IFCAM, the university of the Crédit Agricole group.
As Deputy Managing Director of Crédit Agricole 29, she succeeds Pascal Lauffroy to support the Managing Director, Benoît Lucas. “It’s a unique DGA position so there are no specific missions beyond collaborating with general management to support companies in their transitions in particular, she explains. I am very attached to the mutualist spirit. I want us to be there for the customers. We are there to bring our energy to their projects which concern agriculture, agri-food, the sea, health, etc.
