New governance within Jung Logistique – Le Journal des Entreprises

The family ETI Jung Logistique, created in 1955, reorganized its governance at the start of the year following the death, at the end of 2022, of its president, Christophe Jung and son of the founder of the company based in Sélestat. Specialized in road transport and logistics, the ETI of 600 employees had been transmitted by Christophe Jung to his three children, Virginie, Paul and Jean-Baptiste. The capital of the company thus remains 100% family owned. The governance of the group is structured around a Supervisory Board made up of members of the family, and a Management Board, chaired by Michel Walter, former CEO of the group.
