Noe Industries takes over the Constellium factory in Ussel – Le Journal des Entreprises
The Parisian holding company Noe Industries has just finalized the takeover of the foundry in Ussel, in Corrèze, that the Constellium group had put up for sale a few months ago. Specializing in precision molding for the aeronautics and defense sectors, the Ussel plant employs 250 people. In 2021, it achieved nearly 20 million euros in turnover and suffered net losses of 1.69 million euros. The buyers intend to maintain all the jobs in place and invest in the modernization of the industrial tool. They also maintain the management team, structured around the managing director Jean-Baptiste Foisel. Led by Michel Rességuier, Gilles Roland and Pierre Escolier, Noe Industries takes majority stakes in French industries undergoing transformation or in the context of a split. The holding company thus took control, a year ago, of the Ile-de-France group Supratec, which weighs around forty million euros in turnover.
