Oktogone Group is recruiting without a CV – Le Journal des Entreprises

Based in Sophia Antipolis, Oktogone Group (180 employees, 2022 turnover: €32m), directed by Nicolas Montetagaud, has become since its creation in 2002, a major player in e-learning, for employees and students, through its Visiplus Academy and Iscod platforms. The company is recruiting to support its growth and is aiming for 230 employees by the end of 2023. On April 28, it is organizing a jobdating morning in Nice, in order to fill around twenty positions, on permanent contracts, within the marketing, sales, accounting and pedagogy. Recruitment will be done without a CV, “on the basis of soft skills and past work experiences,” she said.
