On the Colline d’Elancourt, development work begins

In Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, not far from the National Velodrome, stands the highest point in the Ile-de-France region. And from the top of 231m, the Colline d’Elancourt is in turn preparing to bring strong emotions to cycling lovers. And more particularly to mountain bikers, since the site was chosen to host the mountain bike events during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
