Parade Connect signs a partnership with the Rennes start-up WaryMe – Le Journal des Entreprises – Maine-et-Loire

The Angers-based company Parade (€23.7 million in sales in 2021, one million safety shoes sold each year), a brand of the Éram group (€1 billion in sales), has signed a partnership with the Rennes start-up WaryMe and will use its fall detection and alert solution. Parade has indeed developed a connected safety shoe intended primarily for isolated workers. She decided to entrust fall detection to the solution of Wary Me, specializing in warning systems. The electronic unit is integrated into the heel of the shoe and the device is triggered in the event of a major and sudden fall. The information is then transmitted to the WaryMe mobile application which immediately triggers a geolocated alert to the defined emergency contacts.
