Perpignan Méditerranée sets up an economic and tourist attractiveness agency – Le Journal des Entreprises
The Urban Community Perpignan Mediterranean (Pyrénées-Orientales) formalizes the creation of Cap Sud 66, its new economic attractiveness agency, active since 1er January 2023. The structure was born from the merger between the economic development agency Pyrénées Méditerranée Invest and the community tourist office Perpignan Méditerranée Tourisme. Its mission will be to strengthen the visibility of this territory (rich in 36 municipalities), in order to attract project leaders in three key areas: economy, tourism, events. Cap Sud 66 is managed by Hélène Billes-Bobo, who led Pyrénées Méditerranée Invest since 2014.
