Pierre Alloux succeeds Michel Perrinet as CEO of Octave – Le Journal des Entreprises – Maine-et-Loire

After having recently headed the company Viareport, a French publisher of SaaS financial consolidation software solutions, Pierre Alloux has been appointed managing director of the Angevin company Octave (€7 million turnover, 100 employees). Specialized in publishing software dedicated to the retail and e-commerce businesses for distribution networks, Octave, based in Angers, was taken over in January 2023 by the Canadian group Valsoft Corporation. Pierre Alloux, who has also held sales management positions during his career and has supported industrial companies in their transformation, succeeds Michael Perrinetwho created Octave in 1996 with his brother Christophe.
