Progroup will build a new factory – Le Journal des Entreprises

Already established in Douvrin (62), Progroup AG, the German manufacturer of corrugated cardboard sheets (58.4 million euros in turnover in 2021, 50 employees) will build a new factory in Brebières-Corbehem (62). Last year, the company acquired land of approximately 184,000 m2 to deploy a new industrial tool there. The building permit and the environmental permit have already been issued for the start of work in the second quarter of 2024 and the launch of production at the end of 2025. The group announces “a high-tech factory which produces in an extremely efficient and fully sustainable”. He specifies that after this start-up, the current plant will be closed and dismantled. The investment of the operation is for the time being kept secret.
